In order to
enable or disable conversation view in Yahoo Mail, a user must be using a full
version of Yahoo Mail before following the instruction given here. One can switch to full version Yahoo Mail by
going to Settings > Viewing email > Mail version > Full

Now, to change conversation view, a user will need to move the
mouse cursor over the Gear icon located in the upper right corner of the Yahoo
Mail page. Under Gear icon, selecting a Setting
option will direct the user to Settings
window where the user will need to click
on the box next to Enable conversations
option located under Viewing email
> When viewing message lists section.
Once done, the user can apply the changes
by clicking on the Save button
located on the bottom-left corner of the screen.
And whenever a user feels like disabling the conversation features,
he can do this by simply going to Settings window and deselect the
checkbox next to option Enable conversations.
When done, clicking on the Save button will apply the changes made
to the Yahoo Mail account.
